Michel Janna Gandur
President
Economist and Master in Economics from Universidad de los Andes, Ph.D in Economics from Northwestern University. He has served as Director of Finance and Strategy at Cenit; General Director of Public Credit of the Colombian National Treasury at the Ministry of Public Finance and Credit; Vice-president – Senior Derivatives and Credit Risk Officer, Head of Sovereign Risk for the Americas at Goldman Sachs & Co, New York; and Financial Stability Specialist at the Colombian Central Bank. He has been a member of the boards of directors of Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional, ISA, ISAGEN and Oleoducto de Colombia, among others.
Jorge Llano Salamanca
Market development vicepresident
Economist and Master in Economics from Universidad de los Andes. Master in Public Administration from Columbia University (New York). He has been a researcher and professor, and has published several academic papers on economic crises, pensions, labor market, social policy and illegal economies, among others. He has worked as consultant at the National Planning Department and advisor of the Ministry of Public Finance and Credit. He also worked for several years at the Colombian Association of Pension and Severance Fund Management Companies (Asofondos, for the Spanish original), where he reached the position of First Technical Vice-president.
Carolina Ramírez Velandia
Investigation and Discipline Vice president
Economist with a graduate certificate in Finance from Universidad de Los Andes. Extensive professional experience in the securities and foreign exchange markets. He has served as Senior Trader at the Colombian Central Bank, Manager of CRC Asociados, Economic Director at Asobolsa and recently as Foreign Exchange Officer at AMV. He has been an undergraduate and graduate level professor for 14 years at universities such as Externado, Sergio Arboleda, La Salle, Libre and Politécnico Grancolombiano.
Fabián Reina Ramírez
Preventive Management Vice President
Economist with a graduate certificate in Finance from Universidad de Los Andes. Extensive professional experience in the securities and foreign exchange markets. Laura Catalina Cardona
Strategy and Corporate Affairs Vice President,
Lawyer from Universidad de Caldas, with a graduate certificate in Telecommunications Law, and Executive MBA from Universidad Sergio Arboleda and Universidad Politécnica de Valencia (Spain). Her professional career has been focused on managing corporate legal affairs and legal strategies for the materialization of transformation projects, new businesses and acquisitions. She has worked at Colombia Telecomunicaciones S.A. ESP and Telefónica Colombia, where she was the Corporate Affairs Chief Executive. She was General Secretary at Telebucaramanga S.A. ESP and was recently the General Secretary of Empresa de Acueducto de Bogotá ESP.
